The year 2020 brought an unprecedented event not seen in more than a century: a global pandemic. It disrupted our normal, and affected everyone and everything.
The pandemic brought challenges to all companies, including Enterprise Holdings, Inc. (EHI), the world's largest total transportation solution, featuring the Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo Rent A Car brands.
Our internal team and agency partners were charged with developing an overarching theme, visuals, and copy that would be shared globally across company-owned channels. My role was to help guide the process along, offering creative input to each campaign, ensure branding was aligned with company guidelines, and to update and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
The objectives were bold…
• Enterprise will remain open, helping essential services like relief workers who toiled on the front lines to keep us safe and usher supplies as needed
• No matter the need, Enterprise will be there, being that good friend, a good neighbor, and a good partner to pick each other up
• To drive home that we’re all in this together and available whenever and wherever needed
The resulting themes, On Call For All and We’re With You, appeared globally on television, radio, social media, digital, and in travel publications.
