The Missouri March of Dimes commissioned an ad campaign to be featured in 13 bus shelters and billboards across the city of St. Louis to encourage women to call a state hotline to obtain "free and confidential" information on how to quit smoking. In addition, 15- and 30-second radio spots aired on Top 40 local radio stations in the St. Louis market to expand the program's reach.
